Hi,
I've got some mdb-files which i wanted to convert to mde. This worked
for all but one file where I get an Application Error:
The instruction "..." referenced memory et "...". The memory could not
be "written".
I've decompiled the mdb file, I've converted it to Access 2000 File
Format and back to Access 2002 File Format, nothing helps and I
consistentyl get this error when trying to convert it to mde.
Any hints are appreciated,
Stephan 6 2281

you mean rebooting windows? serious?
I hope you're joking. If you're not (or some n00b is reading), reboots
solve about 92% of all computer problems I've seen.

Have you tried creating a fresh MDB and importing all objects into
it?

ok, i see your point. (this 92% probably relate to computer problems in
a windows world).
but unfortunately my problem is stable - it survives rebooting ;-)

We have a C++ application that was working great when using VS 2003 and .Net

in the process of upgrading this app. However: when we go to compile:
everytime we use reinterpret_cast, an error is being generated saying "error

We're migrating our .NET 1.1 web application to .NET 3.5 and during
conversion we clicked "Convert to Web Application" on the web project.
The results from this conversion were inconsistent.
1. Many pages were not converted at all. They're still aspx and cs
files with generated code inside the cs file and still no partial
class implementation.
2. Designer classes empty. A few pages were converted to partial
classes, but the...

In my main page, I use <cfinclude> tag to include my header and footer.
But I get error. "Context validation error for the cfif tag.

If I put the three files into one big file without using <cfinclde> tag, the page display with no error.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
