Options - Confirm Actions

In Access 97 under options/edit find/Confirm - Record Changes, Document
Deletions, Action Queries. Can someone tell me if these options are
specific per each MDB file or are set by each PC's copy of Access?

Thanks

I believe they are specific to the each user of each PC, i.e. they are found
in the registry under:
\HKEY_CURRENT_U SER\Software\Mi crosoft\Office\ xx.0\Access\Set tings\

More info about these settings:

If I invoke a web service, and it throws an exception, I can see the exception if the client app is a .Net app. However, if the client app is not a .Net app, I only receive the HTTP 500 error. I believe this is due mostly to the fact that the non-.Net apps are using POST instead of SOAP. If the non-.Net apps were using SOAP, they too would in fact "see" the exception. Is this true? Thanks!

can anyone confirm whether or not C++ places any restrictions on the length of command option strings passed into main upon startup. The standard ( section 3.6) does'nt seem to mention any, but I thought I'd better confirm. My guess is that , if there are any, it might be implementation or OS/shell defined.

Basically, I have to find a way to hold up execution of a script while I wait for a button to be clicked, in the same manner as alert() or confirm() do, but without using either of those. The basic idea is that an "alert" box is created with one or two buttons on it, then when a button is clicked the script completes. I've tried something like do {

I have a confirm alert before the user goes to a delete page, and it doesn't matter if the user clicks ok or cancel - they always go to the delete page. I have the following code: <a href="vehicle_history_delete.php?history_id=18&vehicle_id=5" onclick="return DelAlert();"><img border=0 src="/images/delete_category_16.gif" alt="Delete This record" title="Delete this record">

Ok, I'm somewhat new to .NET C# language and am having a bit of trouble. I'm trying to run the javascript confirm() method from my ascx page but I'm currently using C# as the main language of the page so it's not recognizing the confirm method. On previous attempts, I tried to do this straight from the radiobutton control that I want it linked to, but I have another method that I need to run after it if the user did click ok on the confirm...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...
