Standard value for a field?

Hi all,

I have a problem which I hope you'll be able to help me solve. I want to
make a table so, that when typing in the data - one of the fields will
automatically be the the same value as the previously unless the user
changes it. The inputs will be assending during all the inputs.

I hope you get what I mean eventhough it was a bit cryptical.
