Hi,
I am seeking the help of volunteers to test some software that I've
developed which facilitates distributed two-phase commit transactions,
encompassing any resource manager (e.g. SQL/Server or Oracle) controlled by
Microsoft's Distributed Transaction Coordinator in a Windows2000
environment, with any resource manager under the control of DECdtm (e.g. Rdb
(or Oracle via the XA Veneer)) in a VMS environment.

I am using cvs as my version control tool, I came accross CVS SCC plugin for Microsoft Visual Studio name "Jalindi Igloo" I plan to develop a tool like this, but have no idea to start with. After surfing on the web sites i found Microsoft SCC API is used to develop such tools, any idea on how to get this API and start the devlopment of this tool, Also links to sample source codes will do.

A co-worker asked me today what would happen if Session.Add() method
was called multiple times with the same key. My first thought was
that it would throw some sort of duplicate key exception. Thinking
about it some more, the only thing it really does is implement
ICollection and possibly IDictionary so the implementation could be
anything so I looked into a bit further. Documentation didn't say
anything about the Add() methods besides...
