Tutorial or Book on Report Creation

I have created an Access DB for my company to tarck suppliers. The
lookup forms we created give us data back in spreadsheet format and it
is hard to follow.

There must be a way of using Access to format nice-looking reports that
my people can use.

Thanks for your help.

Why, yes, indeed there is. It is called, unsurprisingly, Access Reports. It
is right there on the database window, big as life, "Reports". In fact, many
very experienced developers consider this to be the simplest, easiest, and
most extensible reporting interface of any software. "Best" is a matter of
opinion, but the concensus is that it is "very good" and "among the best".

For novice users, I have found that Microsoft Access <versionnumbe r> Step by
Step, from Microsoft Press, is a good self-study. There are, as you might
guess, a few basics that your people would find useful before the just jump
in feet-first into Reports.

There are a good many online tutorials available at the Office Online site,
http://office.microsoft.com. Click on Training in the upper part of the menu
on the left side of the page and follow the links.
