Print same Report of different heights on continuous paper

Hi All,
I have a problem in printing reports. I have a dot matrix printer. I
want to print a report that varies in height each time according to the
details. If I set the page to A4 it goes onto multiple pages if the
details are large. I want it to be printed continuously without
spilling over to the next page. It can be made to be printed on
continuous sheet of paper. Can anyone help me out?

Regards,
Kadir

You'll need to experiment with custom page size in Access... the maximum is
22". Otherwise, you'll need to use something other than Access Reports to
print. Access reporting doesn't really have a "continuous " option, which is
what you need here.

Access Printing - Just wondering if you have a solution for this problem - I need to be able to print an Invoice with the 'terms and conditions' on the back side of an Invoice. To do this, I would load preprinted paper (with the terms and conditions already printed on the back side) into a different paper tray than the default paper tray. Then, somewhere in my code, I need to instruct some of the Invoice 'copies' to print to the paper...

I use VB.NET to integrate with crystal report 9.0 to print a report with custom paper size (using Dot Matrix printer). I have already added a custom paper size in the printer server and set the paper size in crystal report. However, 1. in web form, the crystal report viewer perview cannot identify the paper setting and use A4 instead. The print out is always with A4. 2. in win form, the crystal report viewer preview looks fine but...

I have a vb.net 2005 application and am using the print preview screen. This screen has a printer icon on it that the user can use to print the document currently being viewed. It uses the default printer settings to print. I wanted the print preview to appear the same for all users (i.e. a default page size of 8.5x14 (legal) and portrait mode). Many users have different printers as their default (plotters etc..) and I found that various...

Hello all, What's the proper paper size setting if you want to do a receipt printer report, that's a continuous form? I don't really see an option for a continuous paper size. Thanks! Andy

Hello all, What's the secret for continuous reports in access, such as continuous feed labels or receipt printer paper? I'm unsure how access works with the top / bottom margins, and the page setup (it appears that there isn't a continuous form paper size). Will access look at the top/bottom margins for each occurence of a label? I'm wanting to setup support for dymo roll labels, as well as receipt printer paper for POS. If the report...

Hello, I have a main report with a Record Source, a DateToday table, that has the current Month and Year. I have about 60 queries, each pulling different data via ODBC, that I am creating subreports that go on the main report. The problem is that when I run the report the data shows on the screen but not the print preview. I am aware that the main report is not linked to the subreports because of the Link Master, Child Fields issue....

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
