Stored Procedures (SPs) are a sql server element. You can create these
from Sql Server Enterprise Manager (EM), Query Analyzer, or from an
Access ADP using a similar graphical interface as EM, or if you don't
have access to an Access ADP or EM, you can create an sp using ADO in
Access, Excel, VB ide.
Here is a sample using ADO
Sub CreateSP()
Dim cmd As New ADODB.Command
cmd.ActiveConne ction = "Provider=SQLOL EDB;Data Source =
yourserver;Init ial Catalog=yourSql DB;UID=sa;PWD=p assword;"
cmd.CommandType = adCmdText
cmd.CommandText = "Create Procedure stp_FirstSP As " _
& "Select * From someTable Go"
cmd.Execute
cmd.ActiveConne ction.Close
End Sub
