Thank you in advance for any and all assistance. It is GREATLY appreciated.
I have a ckPrint box that is used to select print items. I would like to know,
how I can programatically uncheck ALL the checkboxes, once all the selected
records are printed? I would also like to know if there is a way to determine
which records were printed, and offer a reprint option, if it's not too
difficult?
It is impossible for the computer to decide if anything has been
*printed*. You may be able to determine if a task was spooled.
My approach generally is to set a status to "printing"; after I've
inspected the printout, I advance the status to "printed".
If you have a check in your table indicating the record is to be
printed, that means it has been printed at some point. You could execute
a SQL statement to unset the checks:
UPDATE yourtable SET thecheck = False
I don't think you need a WHERE clause, unless you want to uncheck
specific records.
