Arlene Brown? I thought Mary MacSwine was supposed to get that job. What's
up with that?

That's mostly incorrect information. I never underwent the sex-change
operation and David and I are still just friends. Tina isn't the CDMA
Senior Administrative Asst. anymore either.

It's true I've given up my job as CDMA Advertising Director because I
couldn't dedicate enough time to contacting other MVPs, updating all their
URLs, and handling newbie complaints about "false advertising." But I'm
sure Arlene will do a good job with all that and will help greatly increase
the number of ads in our newsgroup.

Yes, it is a forgery. I will send a complaint about the forgery to the
newsserver, but even if they block the resident troll, he still has his old
faithful semi-anonymous news servers to fall back on -- that's probably why
he posted this from a different one.

"MVP Awards 2004 Disc One" features several prominent MVP star duos presenting humorous "tip" skits. For performers not known for their personalities or acting ability, they do a decent job of being funny as they provide advice on everything from the Access GUI to the most intricate details of Jet. In one clip, MVP Tony Toews is seen laughing while David Fenton demonstrates proper anal sex techniques. David Fenton recreates all the fun...

With reference to the CDMA (computer.databases.ms-access) newsgroup "charter", as posted on http://www.mvps.org/access/netiquette.htm, Mike Noel has honored my just-created Forum of posting "a draft of what I think the charter/faq should look like". You can read the proposal here: http://datatime.forumup.it/ and crosspost your replies or suggestions. Forum: GENERAL QUESTIONS and CHAT on Databases, Reporting, Data Analysis, etc.

I would like to suggest a change, not to the charter, or the FAQ, but to the name of CDMA. After our successful seasons featuring the lunatic and then the crook and goons, this season's offering, highlighting the nut, will gain us the visibility we need with the various award committees if we have a hot, stylized name. I think "CDMA Place" will get us the traction needed to secure one of this years coveted Golden Globe nominations. To...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
