1. Is there a way to programatically remove the focus from the form; ie, so
the focus is not on any control on the form?
2. Is there a way to programatically set the focus to the same place as is
done when the form opens; ie, the first control in the taborder which is
visible, which is enabled and whose tabstop property is True?

I have seen exampled were if value is > x then change font/colour/etc. How
would I go about doing the same except I would like it so that it changes if
there is ANYTHING in the text box.

I have a form with 1 button and several labels on it. I don't want the
button to be the default if enter is pressed. I want the user to have
to actually click it for it to work. I also don't want it to have that
"selected" look with the dotted line around the text. What can I do

I've come across an interesting bug.
I have workarounds but i'd like to know the root of the problem. I've
stripped it down into a short file and hope someone might have an idea about
what's going on.
It's a simple program that loads a control onto a form and binds "Foo"
against a combobox ("SelectedItem") for it's "Bar" property and a

I have an A97 form opened in design view:
frmAuthEntityEditingForm bound to tblAuth
In the open property sheet on the Data tab,
the 2nd item down in the list is the filter property.
In it, I have typed the following:
AuthID=GetCurrentAuthEntity()
But still, all the records in tblAuth display in the
form rather than the SINGLE record that I want.

I have a linked table called tbltest and some bounded forms (which
add, update, delete records) that were created using that linked
table. For some necessary reasons I had to create another linked table
called tblComponents and then I bounded the original forms to this new

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
