I'm trying out ASP.Net and am currently trying to figure out how to refresh
the contents of one frame based on a button click in another frame. The
button in question is actually a server side control whose associated action
is to add a record to a database table. The "other" frame is displaying a
view of that table and I want it to automatically refresh to display the new
record.

the Localization property of the Deployment Project allows to select one
of only few languages, that is: Chinese, English, French, German,
Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portugal, Russian, Spanish.
but what about other languages? Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Swedish and
many more. how can i change Localization property to any of those
languages? do i need to install localized .net framework versions to
have that languages available?

I'm writing a booking system website,
which needs a seat selection algorithm,
my question is,
if a user clicks on a seat (temporarily booking that one),
how will the other users navigating on the same row of seats know that the
previous user has already booked a specific seat?
Perhaps a messaging system?

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
