Hi,
I have a relativley large/complex typed dataset that contains 7-8 tables and
some supporting relational tables (lookups) for many-to-many relations. A
good exampel would be a dataset that contained the whole Northwind database
with all tables and relations.
In my business logic I will retrive a populated instance of the dataset and
perform some operations (adding/deleting/updating of rows in various
tables...).

I have an ASP.NET/VB app that updates values in a DataTable over the
course of about 3 different pages. On the way out of the first of
these pages, I explicitly build the DataTable from values in a
DataGrid, and set the PrimaryKey of the DataTable to be the first cell
in the grid (which is a UserID value). I then store the DataTable in
a session object, from which it is retrieved for subsequent pages.
All this seems to be working fine.

Hey Guys
I am using a datagrid to extract information out of SQL Server
datbase. The fields extracted are category,week,budget,Last
Year,Forecast and Projection. Also i add a calculated column Week% to
the datatable. Also i add calculated row - SPLH(Revenue/Hours) and
AWR(Payroll/Hours) for each week. My grid layout is as follows-

I am creating a simple bug tracker application (in Access db) and i
created a hisotry table to
log the bug history.
The history table contains details like ProblemRecordNo (PRN),
RecordStatus, Assignee, Reporter (and also some more columns). The PK
for this table is ID. It contains multiple entries for a Record.

Is there a way to update the same web page instead of getting a new
page each time we click the submit button? The simplest thing to do is
to delete the current page (or go back to the previous page) and then
redraw the page. There are a few possible solutions:
1. Use the same URL again. But a new page will still be created.

This is probably very simple but I always find a way to over complicate things.
1. I need to identify the latest instance of each header Id, in the example below I want to update the Last_Instance field to say 'yes' based on the most recent 'Last_Update_Date', in this case 11/2/07 12:02 AM.
2. I need to update the 'From_Date' to be 'Last_Update_Date' of the previous instance. See examples below.

I have a table that needs to be append to and also updated. All the fields in the table are populated with data from the text boxes and combo boxes on a form. The Date Submitted defaults to 1/1/00 if the cboSubmittedBox field is "No". Otherwise it is selected from a calendar. The Date Entered field defaults to the current date. There are 3 sets of criteria that need to be checked for the update or append to take place.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
