I have a subform with a table with a combo box based on a select query. The
combo box is set to display in a form in datasheet view.
When I click the down arrow I can see all of the columns in the combo box
but it only shows one column after selecting it.
I would like all of the columns to display when an item in the list is
selected. Is this possible?

You said List Box in the subject line but Combo Box in the message. No, this
is not possible in the combo box. You can put a list box or text boxes next
to the combo box to simulate this by getting the values of the other columns
in the combo box and displaying them in the list box or text boxes. Use the
Column property to get these other values.
Example, to display the value from the 3rd column in the combo box in a text
box, set the Control Source of the text box to:
=cboCombobox.Co lumn(2)
Yes, 2 will display the 3rd column, the number is zero based.

What happens when you add the column WQR_TDH_HEADER_ID to both SELECT and
GROUP BY? If you get rows you consider non-duplicate show as duplicate, then
most likely your grouping does not include all significant columns to
consider one row unique.
