Is the following remotely correct?

I'm not sure that OEmig50.exe is the executable
for OE. Anybody know?
I find no list of TOPICS to use with the DDE
related commands in Access Basic or VBA
in OutLook Express or MS Outlook. Where
does one go for that sort of info?
