emails stored on outlook and information about them into
SQL Server.
The program works but I have click yes to all the pop-ups
that appear to say another program is trying to access
outlook. Is there a way to stop this pop-up from
appearing as ideally I want to move this application onto
the server to work with exchange instead of the client

Hello,
I have developed a Access application that needs to read mail from
Outlook, versions on Access and outlook are 2003. In the code i use
mapi to connect to outlook. When i tries to read the subject of a
message outlook displays "A program is trying to access e-mail
adresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this."
And then i can allow access for max 10 minutes.

Hi,
Following the introduction of an appointment booking system in Access I've now given myself another issue.
As I'm sending lots of appointments out I'm also then getting lots of the same appointments in my calendar as the organiser.
My question is:
Is there anyway to prevent the organiser entry being logged?
I have switched off the 'ResponseRequested' option so I don't get bomb barded with replies.
Any ideas?

In my business, I use Quickbooks extensively for billing and accounting and
a custom built Access DB for project management. I recently began using MS
Outlooks contacts quite extensively as well (recently bought a PDA to bring
to job sites!). I have been able to get things set up so that I can
synchronize my Quickbooks customer and vendor lists with the Outlook
