error in MSXML but not in genuine XMK spy engine

Hi all,

I'm getting this error when processing an XML file with MSXML:

Expected token ")", found "$" in
<xsl:value-of select="format-number(number(sum(for $s in Shipment return 0.51)), '###,##0.00')"/>

If I'm using XML spy's genuine XML engine, then this error doesn't pop up and the final transformation is ok. Unfortunatelly, is not the case, the constraint is to use MS XML
I will be gratefull for any suggestions.
