Hi all,
I'm having problems importing an XML Signature element into a SOAP
envelope. I can create the signature without problem, but when I
import the signature element into the SOAP header, all of the elements
in the entire SOAP envelope have a default namespace declaration of
xmlns="" added to them. Also, all sub-elements of the <ds:Signature
xmlns:ds="http://www.w3.org/2000/09/xmldsig#"> element have the
following redundant...

I want to declare namespace prefix in the Envelope element (i.e.
xmlns:xsi and xmlns:xsd) so that the document will be serialized to
look like the following. However, I don't know the right way to do
that in Java.
<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>
<SOAP-ENV:Envelope
xmlns:SOAP-ENV='http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/'
xmlns:xsi='http://www.w3.org/1999/XMLSchema-instance'
xmlns:xsd='http://www.w3.org/1999/XMLSchema'>

Hi,
I'm trying to write a routine to extract results from a web service written
in VS 2005 using XPath, however VS doesn't put a prefix on result namespaces
by default, so in the output from a service such as
<soap:Envelope xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
<soap:Body>

What I have is a .NET 2.0 C# web service for quoting a tax rate. The
current response wrapped in the SOAP envelope and body is :
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<soap:Envelope xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"
xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
<soap:Body>
<GetTaxRateResponse xmlns="http://services.leggett.com/lpcs/tax/">
<GetTaxRateResult>

I'm using Visual Studio 2005/C# to build a web client. The web server
is something I've written in a different framework, which does not
support generating wsdl, so I have hand-built a wsdl file, then
created my proxy class by running wsdl.exe. The problem is that the
SOAP message that the client generates contains an empty namespace for
the parameters in my message, instead of the namespace I intended it
to have. I am guessing it is...

Hi,
I have a .NET Web Service.
I must write a client in PHP5. I've got a problem with the formatting
of my SoapHeader. In fact, the prefix of the namespace does not apply
to the entire header node and child nodes:
Here is my PHP Soap message :

<env:Envelope xmlns:env="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope"

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
