We want to allow users to upload a Word document on our site. Is it
possible to leverage Norton Antivirus in some way to scan the file AS it's
being uploaded?

Hi,
A little while ago I asked if anyone could help me with how to create an
email using MS Outlook that contained an embedded picture file.
Thanks to Jay Harlow I was able to get this working using a code example
from http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/htmlimg.htm that details the
procedure and with a bit of tweaking I managed to get it working really

I want to know how to scan the files before uploading it to the
server in ASP.NET 2.0 application.
One work arround i thought is to allow to upload in some
temporary folder then sacn it on server but i think it's not the right way
coz the infected file will also get uploaded. so, i want to know is there
any way to do it on client-side? if it's there how to do it? can a
javascript check the any antivirus say Norton service is...

Hello,
Recently, my PHP (5, as installed by the XAMPP package) stopped
working, and won't let me run locally-served PHP files in my web
browsers.
I think (but I'm not sure) that the Apache web server is running
properly, but whenever I try to open a PHP file (for instance, by
opening http://localhost, which should take me to the XAMPP start/
admin page, index.php), my browsers are unable to run it, and only
