Hello
I am trying to make some custom menus, popups and toolbars. But, at
the end of my toolbar I have a down pointing arrow that opens the
Toolbar Options dialog box.
Can anyone advise on how to remove this? I have tried various
combinations on the Toolbar Properties including un checking "allow
customization" but nothing I have tried seems to work.
Thanks for your time

Access 2000 and 2003.
I have made a custom toolbar to allow users to filter by form, etc.
The only things I want to appear on that toolbar are the 3 buttons to
control filtering. At the right end of the toolbar there is a little
arrow pointing down, and if the user clicks it, it says "Add or Remove
buttons."
I tried the properties, etc., but can see no where to get rid of this

An interesting problem:
I have a ListView with LabelEdit set to TRUE. When I change the label, I
want to make some decisions as to whether the ListViewItem (that's just been
edited) should stay in the ListView or not.
The natural place to inspect this is in the AfterLabelEdit event...
If the decision is to take the item out, I used the ListViewItem.Remove().
However - check this out:
A) say that the item's index is N (indices are...

I have an application in Access 2003 OS XP Professional that I need to implement in my organization, has been received from another division of ours. When opened the form frmmain opens that has some buttons controlling the further flow. As the form toolbar is displayed it allows user access to the Database Window and New Object icons, which I do not want to happen in order to avoid unnecessary access to tables and structure.
By clicking on the...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
