Changing Start-up Sounds

i found it once before, but ive lost it again.
there was a program or wizard or whatever, that allowed me to change the start-up, shut down sounds, ect.

im running XP home

can anyone help me?

Barton is straight to the point and simple to understand, good job!

You can even record your very own startup sounds, or set them as your favorite mp3s although they might play for quite some time after startup making them annoying, so keep in mind that the sounds should be no more than 10 seconds in length.
