HP DL380G7 server, Belarc report shows 64 bit ready

1 New Member
Dear all,
Hi,
I have one 32bit HP DL380G7 server. Belarc report shows 64 bit ready but when I checked System information it shows X86.
I would like to install 64bit Windows server 2003 and SQL2005.
Can I do or will I face problems in future or while installing the softwares?
Regards and thanks in advance.

You should be able to install it as long as the processer is 64 bit

I have a textbox field on a report that shows an Address. The field is built up in code when the user selects the customer in the following manner: ShipAddress = CustomerName & vbCR & CustomerAddress & vbCR & Customer City (etc.) This is done and put into the ShipAddress field on another table.

Hi, I have an Access 2000 frontend and a SQL server backend connected with an ODBC-link. On a report I have a control called 'gender'. In the db I have values 1 (male) and 2 (female). In the report I want to show the text value. If I use the controlsource "GENDER" than the report shows a 1 or a 2. If I use the formula: =IIf(=1;"male";"female") I get an error message (#Error).

Hello, I have a situation with MS Access 2000 in which I need to display report data in spreadsheet orientation (much like a datasheet view for a form). If you think of the report in terms of what a spreadsheet might show, the column names will actually be dynamic, based on data from a SQL Server 2000 database. The row data will also come from the same database. So in this case, I will have a main report and a subreport. I've already tried...

Hello, I have a format issue on an Access 2000 ADP report that I am going to attempt to explain from a 'ten thousand foot view' : I have an Access 2000 ADP report that has a SQL Server 2000 Stored Procedure as its record source. The Proc is called MM_rptTeacherGroupingTest_sp. In order to help communicate the issue I am having with the report, please take a look at the following: http://www.valverde.edu/home/policy/ReportLayout.htm .

Hi all, I have been suffering with this problem for weeks now. I tried several newsgroups, but nobody can tell me how to solve this problem. The problem: I have a webform that shows a Crystal Report. In the page_init I export the report to a pdf. When I hit the printbutton, the PDF shows. When I close the form, the PDF is deleted from the server. So far, so good. This works for all reports, exept for reports with parameters. The...

I built my application with Access 2003 and made a distribution using the Microsoft Office Access 2003 Developer Extensions. (I also install Jet 8 as a follow-on action at the end of the installation.) I can install the application on my development PC and on a "bare" PC. Regardless of the PC where I install, in the installed application (but not the development version) File->Export from a Report brings up a dialog box containing...

I have installed Analysis Server (AS) and Reporting Services (RS) on SQL Server 2000 before. Now I have been asked to install these on a failover Cluster we have. Previously I just ran the SQL Server 2000 install program off our network disk and then ran the SP4 patch to install AS. When I ran the install and chose AS there was no indication from the software that it recogned that I wanted it to install on a cluster. After it said it...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
