Sorry munna, we're really more geared to helping with specific problems you encounter in your development work. Questions like "how can I create application X?" generally won't get muh response, as they're a too vague and open-ended.
Or to put it another way, you need to work out in detail what you want to do, learn some basic (no pun intended) programming, and give it a shot. If you run into problems developing the code, we'll be here to help.
