How to send and receive sms at when my phone is connected via usb?

hai all,
i am using nokia 5233 model, what i need is

* i will connect my phone to pc via USB port.
* if someone send me a sms, my phone should send reply according to the received sms.
* i want to manage these system in VB.

what should i do?

kindly help me to do this.
