VB6 QueryDef Code Worked in Access 97 but not 2002?

1 New Member
Parameter QueryDef Code below worked well in Access97 but won't open a Dynaset in AccessXP (2002). I've referenced the DAO 3.6 Library in VB and added the SP6. The params get loaded OK but the Dynaset is empty. No error msgs occur.

"Set MyQuery = dbRate.QueryDefs("QryGetStamp")
MyQuery!prmInsurerLink = iInsurerID
MyQuery!prmZip = UCase(Left(frmMain.txtResZip.Text, 3))
MyQuery!prmResType = prmResType

Set Dyna = MyQuery.OpenRecordset(dbOpenDynaset)"

If I go to Access and run the "QryGetStamp" query and provide the params it works ... but from VB I can't get it going. Problem is I use similar QueryDef code all over the application!

Has anyone had this problem and solved it?

Many thanks for any help.
