situation:
I'm uploading file to my application using a java applet sending the request
(the file) through socket to my asp.net page.
On my asp.net page, I've override the httpmodule to take in the request and
saves the file to disk (on the server).
My .net side works if I use a simple html file input and post it, I've read
in the uploaded request (multipart form), and reproduced it in the java
applet.
Everything works fine when I upload...

I need some help/advice FAST.
I have problems with addslashes on my web-servers. After uploading a file, I
read the uploaded file, use addslashes on the read data and then insert it
into a blob field in a MySQL database.
The problem is that this works fine on my internal test web-server (running

Hi,
I've some trouble reading the containing frames of a multiframe tiff.
First frame is a 1700X2400 px CCITT4, second in JPG 820x1200, third is
a CCITT again ... and so on.
My function extracts the CCITT-frames correct, but the second, fourth,
etc. frames causes a general GDI+ error.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
