I'm trying to read up on the rfc's that govern form inputs. Much of
what I'm reading is stuff I didn't know before and some of it is
alarming. This one left with me questions:

I'm having some problems with using Server.Transfer and I
am hoping somebody can help me.
Page 1 has a datagrid, Page 2 has a form.
If a user goes to page 1 and selects something out of the
datagrid I want to transfer the value of that records item
number in the grid over to page 2. I use the passed
number to retrieve data from a database and populate the
form.

I put a .aspx page inside Server.Transfer() within a button. The page was
created for testing so it only has button and I did not add code. When I
click the button, it gave me an error below. Could try this and help me?

Hi all
I do have a problem.
How can I transfer user to another server using POST. The problem is that
Server.Transfer (preserves form data) works just in current server.
Response.Redirect - uses GET method. However I have to open remote server
page using POST method. Normally this can be achieved using <form
ACTION="remote-page-url"> tag. However this is impossible with ASP.NET.
Also, using WebRequest class is not good solution, as I...

Hi All,
I am working on a project that acts as a bridge. It does some checking with
post xml data, and then redirects the request to an appropriate page.
However, we find that depends on the browser cache setting (and OS), the
program behaves differently.
This is how it should work:
1. The client program opens a webbrowser control, using navigate2 method to
post xml data to my aspx pages, eg abc.aspx

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
