I have a page with many, dynamically generated combo boxes and I want
to check all of them, before I add a unique value to specific combo.
What would be the best way to work through the document and without
needing to know the name of each combo box, check its value?
Thanks,
Stephen

A couple of easy questions here hopefully. I've been working on two
different database projects which make use of multiple
forms.
1. Where's the best/recommended placement for command buttons for things
like delete, save, edit, cancel buttons - in the footer, or on the form
detail section?
2. If in the footer, how do you add them to the tab order?

Newbie needing some help. I have a tblParticipants. The fields
include gender, education_level, income, occupation etc., I'm trying to
create a form where a user can run a query from the form and just
choose the appropriate criterias from the combo boxes to get the
results. I also want the query to run even if there is not a value in
all the combo boxes ie., i want just all males with income level of
over $100,000...Any insights or help...

I have a form with 3 text fields (one of which is a zip code) and 5
combo boxes. The combo boxes are all set with the first value as
'selected' when the page is first displayed. The 3 text fields are
required and are by default empty. I need to validate that the text
fields have an entry and that the zip code is numeric and the correct
length. If the form fails validation - one of the text fields is empty,
for example - I need to alert...

I wasn't sure how to search for previous posts about this, it felt
real specific. Ok so here's the database & problem:
I have 4 combo boxes: cboServer, cboPolicy, cboDB, and
cboApplication. The idea behind the database is for a user to search/
select desired information in any kind of combination between the 4
combo boxes. Then the user clicks a button (btnSearch) and
subsequently a query ("Search Function") is run that shows all 4...

Good Morning All,
I am having problems turning my Matter_Creation_Form.DOC into a Matter_Creation_Form.DOT.
Now,
Within Word, I have created a document that contains 2 Combo Boxes which, when a .DOC file, the contents of them appears fine.
I then resave the file as a template (with the extension .DOT to change it into a template) and the contents of the Combo Boxes does not appear.

I have an ASP.Net page that displays documents as hyperlinks from a network
folder (intranet application). I also have a column that contains a
hyperlink to open the document in Microsoft Word. All works fine unless
someone has ActiveX disabled on their browser. Is there any way I can
detect that so I can give them a warning?
The script for opening a Word document is below. Thanks.

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
