I am wiriting application in C# to get Live video from (DVR) Digital
Video recorder.DVR vendor has given us dll file to connect to DVR and
get video frames. I am taking each frame converting to C# bitmap
graphics and displaying in picturebox.Eventhough I am getting the
proper video it is very slow, I am dropping some frames. I want to use

I want to write an avi to flv converter in php but i am a complete
newbie to it.
I would like to know the basic flow of entire process of how a
converter code is written
(ie. the basic algorithm ) .
Example: "You first create an flv stream , then compress the avi code ,
then copy that code into the flv stream created ."

Hi all,
I want users of my website community to be able to upload video files.
I'd like to automatically convert these on the server to flash video.
I'd also like to get a screen shot from the video to show on my video

I've got a line of code which will convert a video in cmd which is
videoconverter C:\test1.avi /0 /C:\out
now is it possible to use teh WScript object to open up cmd and then change directory to the video converters dir and run the above code this is what i got so far.
