Accessing other excel spreat sheets

I have created a Form for a group of 30 - 40 users.
My users also need to access other excel spread sheets while the form is running. Currently when we try to do this we cannot open other excel document without first closing the form

can anyone please help

Hi. I need some more info in order to get the full picture.
Is this a form in Excel?

hi

create a button on your xl-form, with code ...

Workbooks.Open Filename:= "OtherFilename. xls"

and let it run
no worries, your present form is only send to the background.

The above code brings up the other spreadsheet which is fantastic. i need it however so i can then use the spread sheet the above code brings up the spread sheet but the form sits on top
