Hello everyone,
I have to send a snmp trap. I have a snmp manager (Openview) and I
have started the Windows agent.
Now I don't know what to do anymore. I believe I have to use the
snmpapi.dll, but I can't find any reference to this library. I need a
little example, could you help me? I'm sorry, but I am not a snmp
expert (and I have just started with vb).

Hi -
I'd like to write a program which basically does a few snmpgets. I haven't
been able to find a python package which gives you a nice high-level and
simple way of doing this (like PHP has). Everything appears to be
extremely low level. All I need is SNMPv1.
Does anyone know of a simple python package for doing this? I'd rather
have something written in pure python, so that it is easily cross-platform.

number of 3rd party tools that should be able to do this, however the
ones that are available for use without purchase are tend to be poorly

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
