Well folks, I'm back again. I've gotten this error before when I made the VB
interface an EXE. But since I was only made it executable just to get a
rough measurement of it working, it wasn't a big concern. Now that I'm
nearing the finish of it, the error, "Couldn't find installible ISAM" comes
up after runtime, whenever I move between forms. I can still go through each
form. I ahven't tried to enter in any type of test data yet. But I think
earlier on I did get this error before but I was able to enter data in, but
I'm not quite sure.
I have no idea what this error is. I have an idea what it could be the cause
of it, but I don't want to guess what I don't know. 3 6815

Which version of VB? What database engine are you using?
VB 6.0 SP5 fixes one possible cause of this error:

If you're using Jet 4.0, you may need to update that as well:

I think I know what the problem was. When I installed Visual Basic on my
computer, I may or may not have updated it with the Visual Studio SP 4. I
believe I may have. And When I went and check on the reason for the error,
it may have been because of SP 4. But I'm go to go; I downloaded SP 5.

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
