P: 2
I am suddenly missing the debug toolbar/menu. In stead the Data menu appeared.

Any suggestions. I know it is a configuration problem. But how do I fix this ?

You should be able to right-click in the toolbar area to bring up a list of available toolbars. If that doesn't work there is usually a Tools->Customize option that brings up a window. The window will have a Toolbars tab that you can use to control which toolbars are displayed.
