wrong add/remove program icon after install of new project

I've created a new VB 2005 project that I've been doing preliminary test
installs for. In the development project, I've set the applications icon to
an ico file. In the installation project I've set the shortcut files target
to the .exe file. I've also set the shortcut icons and the add/remove
program icon for the project to the icon in the target .exe file as well.

When I install the product on the target machine, all of the shortcuts
(desktop and program menu) are set with the right icons. But the add/remove
program icon for the project displays with a folder icon instead.

I also tried including the ico file in my install project and set the
add/remove program icon to it instead of the .exe file. But no difference.

Am I doing something wrong or do I need to do something else in addition?

Thanks

Steve
