How to programatically change file security and ownership

Hi all,

I need to be able to do what it says in the subject line.

For example I need to be able to take ownership of a file and set it's file
security to Everyone/Full control.

Had a quick look on google and haven't been able to locate any examples, can
someone point me in the right direction?

Many thanks,

Martin.

Just in case anyone else ever needs to do this, take a look at subinacl.exe
from Microsoft, it does exactly what I wanted.
