HTML Table Class

Is there already a class to create a html-based table dynamically. I
have a GUI application (not a web application), that I display html
pages, but I need to dynamically create a html table. Is there
something available in the framework or another library? I ultimately
need to create the table object, add rows/cells/etc. and then get the
corresponding html text.
