text editor

I would like to find a way to edit some text which will include table
insertion and I will be able to insert and remove columns or rows from the
table. Have anyone any idea how to do it?

Aristotelis,

I think that a lot have an idea how to do what you ask.

Only those ideas can be about all kind of solutions.

Can you make it more clear what tables you mean and where the text has to be
edited and in what way.

The simple multiline textbox is already a very fine editor, however for text
as we know it, not for by instance HTML or for RTF.

(As last telling what version of VB you use can help as well)

What I actualy want is to create a function which will take two parameters
(Number of rows and number of columns), and this function will create the
table in the RichTextBox at the cursor location. If it is possible I would
like to have a couple of functions to insert and delete rows or columns. I
use VB.NET.

Thanks
