Execute application from service

Hi,
How can I execute an application ( no UI ) from service?

I've read that on XPSP2 and Server2003 I must use
LogonUser and CreateProcessAsUser instead of CreateProcessWithLogonW
apis, is true ?

There's a simple solution or I must obtain right privileges to launch
that application ?

Thanks.
