MDI Parent and Child form problem

Hi All,

I am developing an application which works similar to MS WORD.
I have a main form which acts as MDI container and I am using a third party
menu control so that it looks like XP style menu having image on left side
of menu item.

When using the standard menu bar, child form icon appears before the menu
and in same level.

Whereas in my application child form icon appears as usual, but menu bar
moves down by one level.

I used two third party menu bar controls, but all gives same problem.

To solve this problem in VB 6.0. I set the controlbox property of child form
to false, this works properly.
But, in VB.NET I set the maximizebutton, minimizebutton and controlbox
property to false.
still child form shows the minimize and restore buttons and same problem
occurs as above.

In MS WORD child form doesn't have minimize and restore button. It has only
close button.

Please tell me how to achieve this.

Thanks in advance
