Please see the following URL for more information,

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en...ibilityanchor1

I tried enabling these commands manually and dragging them onto the menu (From
Tools --> Customize --> Commands (tab), select "Project" in the Categories listbox,
and scroll about one-quarter of the way down in the Commands listbox to locate the
"Add Method" command) ... they appear nevertheless to always be "grayed out" in
Visual Basic .NET.

As the article suggests, you can still write a Visual Basic Add-In to present modal
form and then injects the skeleton Sub into a .vb document.

That's not supported out of the box in the current version of VB.NET.

Shachar,

There is autocomplete in VBNet.

When you type a sub, than that is automaticly completed
When you type the first line of your property, than that is automaticly
completed.
When you type a for loop than that is automaticly completed
When you type an if statement than tht is automaticly completed

And much more,

I hope this gives an idea?
