How to save a playlist - Visual Basic .NET

Hi,
I'm started to develop a windows application that allow users to open mp3
files, read tags and update it, listen the mp3.
To enhance the application I'm trying to add a feature to save a playlist
but I don't know how to do.
There's someone that can help me?

BTW, when you get it done will you let me know? I'd like to take a look at
the source code as I'm doing something similar (except involving audio
effects).
