No this can be the right answer, however I am in doubt, because there is no
Croation Net 1.1 framework

So that is a nice investigation for Herfried (probably he is right).

However you can see that you are an Englisman, we are used to see English
and our own native language mixed up through each other.

Mhm... I assume that the captions for the messagebox are taken from
Windows, not the .NET Framework.
