If I have the handel of a application window.. like the handel for the
system tray "Shell_TrayWnd" how would i be able to interface to that handel?
so i could add events or properties? Thanks!

It may be possible if the interface to the object is known to convert the
handle to an object interface using the system.reflection namespace

What exactly do you want to do? You can use various platform functions
(like 'SendMessage', ...) to manipulate the window. You can use a hook
to get messages sent to the window.
