Recommendation for Good Book?

Hi Group,

Can somebody recommend a Good book for a Newbie to Start Learning VB.NET. Im
mainly intrested in Stock/Inventory Control.

Get Visual Basic.NET and ADO.NET books. No particular recommended source,
but check out Amazon as they have ratings from people on them. You will need
ADO.NET if you are doing anything with databases and I suspect you will be
as you refer to stock control.

If you are already programming in other languages, "Programming
Windows with VB.NET" by Charles Petzold is a treasure. Another good
one is "Applied .NET Framework Programming in VB.NET" by Richter and
Balena.
