Setup & Deployment wizard problems - please help

Hi

I've developed an application in VB.NET. I'm now trying
to deploy it to another computer which has XP pro
and .NET Framework 1.1 installed.
I included a Setup & Deployment wizard project to my
existing solution. I followed the wizard and built the
solution (release). When i try to install the program
using the msi file the program installs fine but crashes
when i try to run it with the following message:
"The application generated an exception that cannot be
handled." Then it lists the process and thread id. No
more info is given.
If i try to install and run it on the computer used to
develop (i.e. where VS.NET is installed) it runs
fine....as expected.
The setup program checks whether .NET is installed. I
have also tried to manually include all the dependencies
into the setup project. When building it says that these
are included in the .NET framework

Does anyone know what could cause this and why it doesn't
work?
I have run out of options now. All books and guides says
the same....basically just follow the wizard and it will
do the work for you.

Thanks
