Hallo, I have some question about creating and editing some setup wizard in .net. I want to create some "custom installation" in my setup wizard. Can someone help me how to create the custom installation. I've already work with .dll input in setup wizard. My question is, Can we jump into the form that we dont want to use?
example is, In my setup wizard there is a installation database. If the user already have the database, it will choose already have and the input database form will be hide and jump into the next form. But, if the user dont have database for the program, The setup wizard will be go directly to the input database form.
this is the Case :
-- Agreement
-- Checkbox Checking Installation
-- Already Have the Database
-- JUMP INTO Path Installation
-- Dont Have the Database
-- JUMP INTO Creating Database
-- Creating Database
-- Path Installation
-- Confirm Installation
I already check in msdn about doing some case in the Setup wizard User Interface, But I dont have any Idea. Who can share his experience or logic to make this file. I believe we can create some jump form, because when we see some installation program. sometimes, they also a chooser about creating full install, small install and custom install. (when the people choose custom install they will apear a new form about what program should they save or not save)
