Using multi-select to select files and copy files to multiple directories

1 New Member
Hi
I am looking for some help with my code. I am very new to Visual Basic .Net. What I am trying to do is have a button that will allow me to select the directory and the files that I want to copy(source). I would have to have a list of files display back into a text box. Then I would have several other buttons to select different directories where I want to have the files copied to (destinations).

I attached a copy of my code and a screenshot of the program. If someone can help me with this it will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much,
Baileyboo936

I'm a newbie in C++ programming. I bought a book yet and I have learned by means internet donwloadble materials. I feel not confortable using multi-dimensional arrays. I simply cannot understand memory allocation principle. I have got some ideas that require this one, but only thoughts and no action I have done. Unfortunately, the Deitel book don't explore this topic well. Vectors? How to use them insted of multi-dimensional arrays? What...

Hello, I was wondering when multi-file assemblies may be useful. With multi-file assemblies you may place inside the same assembly netmodules coded in different languages and as a consequence code from a module may obviously utilize private and internal classes defined in other module (maybe even coded in different languages). Apart this I personally see no other reasons to using multi-file assemblies.

Hi, I am designing an interface which allows users to load certain files into the interface. While the file is loading, I want to display a VB.NET form with the list of messages generated during the process. I want the form to be displayed during the loading process and the messages to appear one after another as they are generated in the back-end. I'm pretty sure I need to use multi-threading for this but I am having a lot of...

Hello, I'm trying to write a program that calculates up to a 1024 x 1024 matrix using multi-threading. For example, I need to run a 1024 x 1024 using 256, 64, 16 or 4 threads. Or I need to run a 64 x 64 matrix using 16 or 4 threads. All the Matrices are square. I thought I coded my program correctly, however I get a segmentation fault when I use a 720 x 720 matrix or higher, heres the code. #include <iostream> #include <stdio.h> #include...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
