Due to an earlier posting I read in this newsgroup regarding Office 2007
beta, I downloaded it. After I DL'd it, I got an invitation from MS to
get WinVista.
I am now wondering if, since both are betas, it is best to buy a new
computer? My current computer setup is a Pentium 4, 1 gig memory, 2.66
ghz, 60-80 gig disk drive.
MS's requirements for a WinVista computer is

Has anyone had any success running SQL Server Express on Vista with
Apache via PHP?
My PHP works fine, Apache works fine, and SQL Server Express works
fine in Management Studio, but I cannot connect via this call:

I'm developing a webpage locally. I originally started it on PHP 5
and XP (where it was working). We've recently changed my machine to a
dual boot with most of the important stuff on Vista, so I'm going
about getting the page up and working in Vista.
It will load the first page without issue, but if I try to get to the
second page (or any page other than 'index.php'), it throws a 500

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
