Hi all,
I get two problems, I don't know if there are related, but I do know that
I'm already stuck for days on them.
First problem :
Visual Basic .NET compiler is unable to recover from the following error:
System Error &Hc0000005& (Visual Basic internal compiler error) Save your
work and restart Visual Studio .NET.
I found on the net that you get this error when the compiler crashes and

I recently installed VS.NET 2003
After opening a project and leaving it open, after a certain period of time
it crashes. It only does this when a project is open. The project that I've
tried this with is *very* small and simple. One of the boxes that are
displayed as part of the crashes references "devenv.exe" (the Visual Studio
IDE executable).
I've tried uninstall/reinstall. I have the latest .NET Framework SDK.

Hi-
I have a relatively simple report that I open in an Access '97 VBA
procedure, using the
Docmd.OpenReport "rptName", acViewNormal
syntax. The problem is that doing this usually crashes Access! No
error message is given, the thing just vanishes! Why? How do I fix
this?

An friend insider told me that VB is to be killled off within 18
months. I guess this makes sence now that C# is here. I believe it and
am actualy surprised they ever even included it in VS 2003 in the first
place. Anyone else heard about this development?

Hi,
1. Do I need to install "AjaxControlExtender.vsi" and to use "AJAX Control
Toolkit Web Site" template when I create a new web site or I can just use
"ASP.NET Web Site" and to add "Script Manager" control and have the same
functionality.
2. Why when I try to drag for example "ConfirmButtonExtender" to the
Designer it's refuses to accept it and I can only drag controls to the Source
into the <form></formsection?

Ok, today I decided to open vs 2008 and start to see what's the
changes. What's the best way to try do do something? So I decided to
read a stupid xml file with LinQ ... but ... strange thing despite the
2008 is the only version avalaible on my system ... framework 3.5 is
installed when I start to use var for variable inferering ... vs start

I'm not too much of a C++ programmer but I have a bunch of C programs
(they compile with GNU) and want to get them to compile in VC++ 2008.
In Unix I go "./configure" and it makes a "Makefile". I then do
"make" and when thats done I do "make install".
Is there some way to easily get this type of project working in VC++
2008? I do "New Project From Exsisting Code Use VIsual Studio:
