Newly added and renamed resource files are not automatically linked to the
object they belong by the IDE

Is there any way to add an embedded resource to a project without copying it
to the project's directory? I have shared resources and don't want each
project using the images, xml files, etc. to need to be updated with the
current copy before being built. I also don't want projects being built with
the old copy.

There seems to be a difference in behaviour when I link the resources via
Dev Studio and the command line.

it to play a file but now I want to play it from a resource. I have two

How do I add a wav file to my project as a resource (steps please)
How do I call PlaySound once that I have the wav file as part of the resource.

Hi.
I have a web project, that is intended to be installed multiple times as
different product with different names. All strings in the web are placed in
local resource files. In some of the strings, we would like to put the name
of the site, different contact e-mail etc. Would it be possible to make
these strings as global resources and then reference then dynamically
include that from a local resource?

Website from the StartPage) that is an ASP.NET Website, and a Project
that is created with the "ASP.NET Application" template?
I see some obvious differences: the Project creates the working folder

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
