I'm attempting to create a database which will take information from
one (perhaps two) tables and utilize that information to return
queries to a report designed in Excel.
The general idea I have is this:
The "primary" or "source" table is easy. This is a trial balance
(account number as a primary key, description, amount).
I'll need table(s) to denote which account numbers belong to which

I have a query based report where a number of the fields in each record
are Yes/No data fields.
I would like this report to behave as follows:
If ALL of the Yes/No data fields in a given record have a value of YES,
I would like that particular record to be suppressed (I.e. NOT appear in
the report).

tblCourses one to many to tblEvents.
A course may have an intro workshop (a type of event), a mid course
workshop, a final exam. Or any combination. Or something different in the
future.
At the moment the printed output is usually going to Word. It's turning into
an unholy mess, because I'm having to prepare umpteen different Word
templates, and the queries that drive them, depending on what events a
course has.

Hi,
Is there any code/routine to export a report as a word
document retaining the formatting. I have a requirment to produce
some fairly detailed statisitical reports for transmission by e-mail.
The reports require tweaking on a regular basis so I do not really
want to base a standard document on query data, but would prefer to
redesign the report as required and export that on completion. I know
I can save as rtf etc. but you lose all...

easily viewable in a daily report that is to be run. Is it possible to
conditionally shade just the background for certain individual
customers (lets say possibly a dozen different customers which may vary
daily), leaving the remaining report unshaded? The only shading info I

Please help: I have Conditional Formatting on a Report Field that fills the background Red if the criteria is met. This displays correctly in Report View, however, when I "OutputTo" this report to "Rich Text Format (*.rtf)", the colour is lost on the resultant RTF document when I open it up in Word 2007.
I would obviously like to retain the colours dictated by my Conditional Formatting criteria results when I output this report to RTF format....

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
